A project for the future

We were over the moon when my parents said that they will give us half of their house. They even put it on my name!
Although it is in Romania we said that we will renovate it and make it perfect for us to live in if necessary. It took a while but you can already see that it looks a lot more modern than it use to.
This summer I’m in Romania and I will try and make it even better. Ours I think is he best word for it.
While we were in UK every house we lived in was rented so it never felt ours.
We are not sure how long we will be here as hubby is still in UK. Recently. Was also made redundant so the direction is shifting a bit onwards Romania at the moment because here we have our own place but we just don’t know how we will feel here and if we will adapt.
But without further ado here is how the house use to look before:

The house was built by my parents but they never got to finish it as they run out of money. However the below pictures are taken after we already started the renovations. We are still in the middle of it all but you can see the change already from the below pictures:
It’s all pretty empty at the moment but it gets filled in anyway.
We already have a couch, a new table and chairs and a bed.
We are getting there anyway.
I am looking forward to decorate it and to make it my own…my family home.
The project is to transform it in a home for our family of four.
