Heinz Breakfast Range(Review)

A little while back i was writing you about the Heinz Baby Pouches – Baby A really enjoyed them and my husband even both some to have for the moments when mummy doesn’t feel like cooking or for when we are out and about.

Now the time has come to tell you a bit about Heinz new Breakfast baby range – one that even if she is almost 5 years old Kara enjoys too. I guess is because her younger sister is eating them too.

But what exactly does the Heinz Breakfast range includes?

• Breakfast cereals: smooth baby rice, creamy oat porridge, summer fruit cereals, blueberry porridge;
• New ready-to-eat breakfast pots: creamy oat porridge, very berry porridge,banana&apple muesli;
• New Breakfast Biscotti with no artificial colours,flavours or preservatives;

All are available from either 4 or 6 months and although my girls are 1 and 4 and a half they both enjoy eating them – especially the biscuits of course!

The biscuits are great for when you are out and about and they can be eaten on their on as a snack rather than breakfast. But if you run out of porridge you can just add warm milk on top of the biscuits and they transform in a porridge like breakfast.

When i was a child i never wanted to eat breakfast and i am trying to make sure that my girls both get used to start their day with a nice healthy meal.

I like giving them a portion of milk, fruits and cereals. I am sure i am not the only one and companies like Heinz are trying to make parents life easier offering products as the one above.

While my youngest enjoyed porridge my eldest loves the muesli and i always make sure i add some more fruits on top like banana or blackberries.

Out of the three ranges of breakfast that Heinz offers the Ready to Eat pots are my overall favourite!

I love the fact that i can just use the pot to pour warm water over it, serve it out of it and then as soon as it is finished throw out. There is no hassle. When you have two kids every single thing that makes your life easier helps.

They are definitely products that I will buy again for my girls and me – yes i enjoy eating the porridge especially.
