Fresh Week Challenge
I am very happy to tell you that i am one of the lucky bloggers chosen by Tefal to be one of their Innovation Panel. I am very excited because it is the first time i am part of such a project and because i know so well their products. I remember my mum making me eggs in the Tefal pan. Good memories.
Now as being one of the innovaters i am commiting to giving up processed food for a week – 13th to 19th of May. I think it is a great idea and families around UK and world should join in too.
Anybody can join really. All you have to do is to visit Tefal Fresh Express website and take the Fresh Week Pledge. Even if you are not a cookery guru you can easily achieve the challenge. On the Fresh Week website there it lots of inspiration and i am planning to try some of the recipes too.
However, myself and 11 other bloggers already pledge and you can visit all our blogs for inspiration and adviseif you get stuck for recipes:
Recipe Junkie and the attack of custard creams
I will definately have lots and lots of salads during the fresh week – i am planning to kick start my diet like this. Plus i am in Romania at the moment and it is really hot and during this time i feel like eating easy afood and not hot food.
To help us with this challenge Tefal also send all of the Tefal Innovation bloggers and amazing Fresh Express and a Riverford veg and fruit box.
If you pledge you can also win them!
Although i am not as organised as my fellow bloggers to plan a menu i promise that i will share with you the recipes for the foods i will be eating(or some of them at least).
The bonus for being in Romania is the fact that here my mum cooks everything from scratch as well – salads, stews and desserts.
I can’t wait! Hopefully my 4 year old will try the salads too!
If you join too please let me know as i would love to check how you get on with it and maybe you have some tips for me too!

It is very true. I find it a challenge to get my 4 year old to eat salads though. Do you have any tricks?
