#FridayFoodie Round-Up – Vegetarian Dishes
Happy Friday! The time has come for another Friday Foodie Round-Up! Although I came down with a very bad cold and I can barely sit up I managed to put this together for you all!
As the days pass I am discovering that I enjoy a lot more the simple vegetarian dishes. There is more flavour and diversity in my opinion. This is why I am sharing with you the vegetarian recipes that linked up with the #FridayFoodie link up:
Beetroot and Goats Cheese Quiche – Mummy Mishaps
Super Speedy Quiche – Baby Budgeting
Vegetarian Spaghetti Bolognese – A residence blog
Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers – I’m counting UFO’s
Cheesy Leek Glamorgan Sausages – Madhouse Family Reviews
Veggie haggis with baked onions & tomatoes – Madhouse Family Reviews
Fresh Salsa – A bavarian sojourn
Pearl Barley Risotto – Hijacked by twins
Corn (-less) Tortillas – Creating Silver Linings
Super Simple Coconut Ghee – Creating Silver Linings
Dill Dip Party Platter – Crystal Tiny Treasures
Sweet Potato French Toast Custard – Creating Silver Linings
Do check what the wrest of the blogs above have to offer. The majority are convinced vegetarians anyway so you will find a lot more recipes if you browse their blogs.
Now I would like to share with you some of my own vegetarian recipes:
Broccoli, Cauliflower and Rice Casserole
I would also would like to bring to your attention the collaborative Pinterest Board I am part of – Vegetarian and vegan food:
Follow Tasha Goddard’s board Vegetarian and vegan food on Pinterest.
**********
Now coming back to the actual linky I would like to invite you to link all your latest recipes and recipes that you never linked up with this linky.
There is no proper theme but you can go on and linked up your vegetarian recipes , paleo recipes and desserts recipes as I would be doing a round up with both in the coming weeks!
Looking forward to see your recipes!

Ooh we are veggies and I feel stuck in a bit of a rut with our meals at he moment, so this is perfect timing for me- some delicious sounding recipes, thanks!

Unfortuantely I do not have any recipes to share with you at the moment. But what a great idea for a linky. I was veggie for many years and gave up mainly because the veggie food at uni was disgusting! If we had had any of the above yummy looking dishes I expect I would not have given up so easily 🙂 #PoCoLo.x

Lovely. As a veggie wife to a veggie man and Mum to 4 veggie children it is lovely to be able to choose anything off this list!

This is the first time that I found this out! Sorry to have posted an old entry as I am sick as well. I am just commenting on some entries while I am cooking for my son. Afterwards I’ll have a lie down. I will try to go back and comment to the others =)
