Siblings #October
I really like this project but with two kids and so many responsibilities it’s quite hard to keep up with it. We go out all the time but I usually leave my camera behind as it is quite hard to run after my 22 months old while handling an DSLR.
But this weekend realising I was already late for the project I took my camera out and tried to take some pictures when they were playing still in pjijamas. Quite a hard task as they don’t sit still at all!
But that was it..after they didn’t sit still anymore so had to dress them up nicely and take them out. It doesn’t mean they stay still for me to take picture while they were out but at least we took advantage of the warm weather and the sunshine.
Unfortunately I didn’t manage to make them sit still enough to take a good picture that has both of them….I have beautiful pictures with them separately (which I will show you in a future post).
The age difference started to be less and less obvious when they play. They are really good to each other and play together which sometimes gives mummy a little bit of time to do her housework.
Kara is now 5 years and 7 months. She really likes school and having so many friends. She is not sure who her best friend is as she enjoys the companionship of many. She is more and more caring with her little sister although Baby A (not so much a baby…) is sometimes quite rough with her.
Anastasia is now 1 year and 10 months. I just can’t believe that in less than 2 months she will 2 years old! These last 2 years past way too fast! Although she looks a lot like her sister she is so different. A lot more active and playful than Kara use to be at her age. In the morning she wakes us up with kisses – for me has one but for her sister at least three. She kisses her until she finally wakes up and then she hugs her.
What else can a mother wish from her daughters?
I am finishing off with the best pictures this month (In my opinion anyway) – they are so close to each other and so funny in the second picture down where they are trying to smile – sort off – and catch them just before it 🙂
See you next month for Siblings!

Oh they are beautiful and you may not get much chance to get your camera out with them but well worth it. They look very close.
I use my iphone camera a lot on mine but you are right I should make more effort too.
