A day out at Peppa Pig World - Romanian Mum Blog
Cartoons are a big part of children’s world – they are like movies for adults. Imagine being told you are only allowed to watch half an hour of your movie a day…that would be pretty much ridiculous don’t you think? I know people and studies say that we shouldn’t allow children under 3 to watch TV but I do let my youngest watch cartoon and I did it for my eldest too. I do however make sure that the cartoons they watch are as much as possible educational. Cartoons like Peppa Pig or Ben and Holly or Baby TV are some of the cartoons/channels my 2-year-old is allowed to watch. As you can imagine like any child she had to have a favourite which turn up to be Peppa Pig the same cartoon her sister preferred when she was 2. She mostly watches Peppa Pig on the iPad as it’s where I can control how long she watches it for. One day while watching it with her eldest sister they stumble upon a video with Peppa Pig World. Pointless to say…my youngest(and my eldest of course) started…. “Mummy mummy! I want to go the Peppa Pig Disneyland!” – we visited Disneyland Paris earlier this year so the world Disneyland just stuck in her little head. So as you can imagine…we had to comply when we last visited UK in June! LOL! We had some friends go with us so you might spot them in the pictures. Because of that the girls had even more fun! Located inside Paultons Park, Peppa Pig World is just great for little feet although a lot busier than any other bits of Paultons Park. So here are the best bit from Peppa Pig World (and the rest of the park) – words have no point really as the images speak for themselves. Oh yes they have meerkats at Peppa Pig World! What do you think my girls enjoy this one or not? Kara really enjoyed it although she was also kind of scared in the big one while for Anastasia was a bit of a challenge(look at her face) as she is scared of heights just like mummy! She truly enjoyed playing in the water though although the weather was a bit cold when they got into the water: And of course not only her but her sister and daddy too! I was way scared to try out most of these things of course…maybe one day I will… We(they did really) of course explored Paultons Park too – look how scary it looks: We didn’t take that many pictures as we sometimes forgot lost in the quest of playing around the park! We did say goodbye at the end… ….and finished with a meal at the pub that’s just outside the resort(overpriced I might say) where they kids continued to play on this huge chair! Hope you enjoyed the trip through Peppa Pig World! Would love to hear about your experience there too! ************* Where? Paultons Park Home of Peppa Pig World, Ower, Romsey, The New Forest, Hampshire SO51 6AL https://paultonspark.co.uk Our opinion: While quite expensive as a day trip the experience was really enjoyable for us and for the kids. So we are recommending it to all the families that have Peppa Pig fan kids.If you are traveling from abroad you can stay at nearby hotels. Disclosure: There was no payment received to write this post. We paid for our visit ourselves and we just wanted to share with you (our readers) our experience. Like this Article?
