You should think of your muscles and your connective tissue as being a rubber band. If you pull the band when it is cold, then there is a high chance that it could snap. Taking your phone with you on your workout will also impact you. If you do have it, then you will check it quite often and this can ruin the flow of your workout. If you do this, then you will soon find that it becomes easier than ever for you to get the results you need out of your workout.
