Last week my husband brought home a huge pumpkin. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture with it but believe I was scared but its size. It must’ve been around 3 kg. This is truly a easy peasy chocolate cake. You don’t need any special baking skills believe me! The actual cake without the cream frosting is egg and lactose free. Oh but if you use dark chocolate then it is completely a dairy free cake. This weekend I decided that it was time for me to make another cheesecake. I mean its been a while and I know how much my hubby likes them. The challenge of the sponge mix
A while back I bought this sponge mix from Morrisons and Saturday I decided to give it a try and bake a cake. So I mixed it all with some water and egg as advised by the instructions on the bag and pour it in a bread-cake tin. I then defrosted some of the berries I had in the freezer and top the sponge mixture with them. Nectarine and blackberry cake
  This recipe is inspired by Donna Hay Apple & Blueberry Cake. I used her ingredients and method for the sponge cake but adapted to the fuits i had in my house. So here it is….
