    In a quest to try and eat more healthy and without too many carbohydrates i cooked this easy sausage and butternut squash roast. Ingredients: 8 low fat sausages 1 medium butternut squash deseeded,peeled and cut in wedges 2 red peppers deseeded and cut into chunks 1 white onion peeled and cut into big slices (you can use red onion instead) 2-3 tbsp of olive oil favourite herbs-i used a mixture of thyme and dill Preheat oven at 200 C.     Chicken legs are cheap and easy to eat and if you cook them like me your kids will love eating them too! Mine loves the tomato sauce that comes with it!
