We love bananas in our house and more often that would like to we buy way too many. This is why we always with browned bananas – I don’t mind them but hubby and Kara avoid them. For her birthday Kara received this cupcake kids kit. And since then she keeps nagging me to make some with her. This is why this weekend as a surprise I decided to make her happy. I never baked anything for Valentine’s Day but today my daughter came from nursery and asked me if we can make cupcakes. Baking cupcakes
Last week my daughter and i experimented baking and decorating cupcakes. We were not very successful because we forgot about the cupcakes baking in the oven and they end up a bit dry. Thanks God that there was enough icing and decoration to put on them and cover them up. Very quick blueberry muffins
We had this box of blueberries for a while in the kitchen but hubby and boogie didn’t really fancy eating them so I decided to bake some muffins instead. Cheesy muffins
This is the first time I am baking these muffins but I think they are quite tasty! So here is the recipe: Ingredients 2 Cups Plain Flour 1 teaspoons salt 225 grams Margarine 1 Cup Cheese 2 Eggs 1 Cup Milk 3 Teaspoons Baking Powder Paprika Extra Grated Cheese Rub margarine into the flour and baking powder,add the cheese. Beat eggs with milk and mix into the flour mixture. Grease muffin tin and divide the mixture equally into the tin. Sprinkle extra cheese and paprika on the top of the muffins and bake at 200C for 20 minutes. This is a Nigella inspired recipe! Tada!
