If you like garlic check the below recipes: COLD GARLIC SAUCE Mujdei de usturoi3 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed 2 tbsp. olive oil 3/4 cup beef stock,hot 1 tsp. salt Place crushed garlic in a bowl. Add olive oil and stir well. Add beed stock and salt. Stir, pass through sieve, press with wooden spoon to push garlic through; discard any that remains. Let cool.
