• Meadow Kids Sweet Shop Bead Bracelets and Giant Box of Stencils Sets – Review

My girls are already used with the little surprises we receive every ones in a while in the post. It doesn’t happen as often as it used to happen while we were still living in UK but some companies love our blog so much that they send us gifts here in Romania as well. So while the girls were out for a walk with their father last week the delivery man brought these fab box sets from Meadow Kids (see above). Very thoughtful I thought as I opened the package. Both girls love playing with them and although at the beginning they said they belong to bout of them soon enough…

We have lots of toys for the girls but as kids do and they always get excited for new toys my girls are not very different. • Barbie Doll #Review

Barbie Hairtastic Colour and Design (Review)

When you have kids buying them toys can be quite an expensive business. These days there are so many adverts on the channels with cartoons it is just impossible to say No to them. Just before Christmas there was a day when Kara said the words “Mummy I want this for Christmas. Can you add it on the list?” about 10 times in like one hour. But I am one of those parents that didn’t have lots of toys when I was young and I like seeing myself happy.  And when help is given too then is even better. Just before Christmas I was informed that I am one of…

  • Back To School with Stuck On You

When you have kids you start to realise that all those shops that sale labels and tags are actually very useful. Especially when your kids start nursery or school that is. These days it is required to have labels on all the items and clothes you send your kids to nursery or school with. For example last year my daughter and one of her friends from nursery had the same pair of shoes and the same Cath Kingston back pack. If i wasn’t inspired enough to add labels to both then my daughter would’ve come home with her friends shoes. And believe me her friend shoes were not as good…

  • We have a new house!

We were recently contacted by the Wooden Toy Shop and given a chance to give our daughter a very special present. A half metre high wooden dolls house. The Le Toy Van Sophie’s House to be precise. As you can see she was thrilled with her present. Construction was so simple a trained monkey wearing a blindfold could do it. I only used a screwdriver once, to screw on the porch above the front door. The rest of it just slotted it together and held in place by the side window boxes. Simple. Once thrown together the front wall opens up to reveal 2 floors with a central staircase and the roof…
