    These days is quite hard to include vegetables in my daughters diet. She suddenly became a bit fussy when it comes to eating.     I’m not a baking expert at all but I love it all together. I do well when I bake things like muffins or cookies but when it comes to bread it another story.     In a request to try and eat more healthy hubby and I decided to try and cook without meat as much as possible. This is why I cooked this Dahl. Ingredients: 1 cup red lentils 3 cups water 2 Tbsp oil 2 onions, chopped 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp ground tumeric 2 tsp grated root ginger 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt Cooking: So start by boiling the lentils in water until tender and mushy.
