    My world

I never been the best in doing things, Every time I had a project like knitting or drawing at school my mum use to help me and basically do it for me. I don’t even know how to hold a needle in my hand to tell you the truth. I tried to stitch but things just don’t come nice out of my hand… When it comes to drawing…oh dear the only things I know how to draw are a house and a flower. If you ask me to draw anything else….then my drawings are just ridiculously funny! One thing I always enjoy doing though was cooking. And when I become…

    My…I want….

Today I’m joining a new meme – “I want…”. I was tagged by my bump buddy Maria that writes over at Tiger Tales. There are so many things that I want and I think that if I start writing them all down I might get a bit depressed. So here it is: 1. I want for people to be happier. Humanity in general. I think that if a group of people will be happier within themselves then other people that surround them will start to be happier too. We are all too angry these days and will be nice to have some happy in our life. 2. I want for…

    Words of Wisdom 16/7

I’ve been dwelling over the keeping the “Words of Wisdom” series or not for the past couple of weeks. The same themes are going through my mind and ideally don’t want to make these posts something boring to read or something that my adders will delete as soon as it arrives in their inbox. I will keep it going for another 4 weeks though and try and think of themes that are more interesting. For this week I thought that a good theme will be PLAY. “We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” George Bernard Shaw   Also if you would like…

    What has made me happy

Today I decided to join my fellow blogger and friend HelpfulMum in her new linky “What has made me happy”. I think it is a great idea especially for a pesimistic person like me. I am already trying to forgive the little bad things that happen every day so tis linky will actually help me even further. To check out @HelpfulMum post just go on her blog. What has made me happy this last week: – going to Britmums, meeting friends and learning new things; – the little movements that I started to feel in my belly last week-like butterflies; – the warm outside; – hubby told me I’m sexy in…

The Great Gig Meme in the Sky

Please do not adjust your PC / laptop / iPad / mobile phone (delete as applicable), it is indeed I, musodad, here. Yep, the one who less than a month ago ‘gave up blogging for good’ and who is now erm…writing a new blog post! But, before I become known for eternity as ‘The Blogger who cried wolf’ I wanted to let you know that I’m here for a good reason and, once I’m done, I will once again return to Blogger Exile and hang out with @himupnorth and do whatever ex-Bloggers do (I haven’t yet figured out what this is but, when I do, I’ll let you know – probably…

It’s the Small Things by Karen McCully

My dear readers, today I have a beautiful guest post from Karen, a fellow blogger that blogs at Breastfeeding in England . She also runs her own business at http://www.boobiemilk.co.uk/. Beautiful underwear and accessories meant for all nursing mums. With no further mumbling for me I present your her post as part of the Life in UK meme: I lived in Baltimore, Maryland USA from 2003 to 2010. I grew to love it there, we bought our first house there, and had our first baby there (William 2008). I had my dream job, and we had a pretty good life, but something was missing. When we were expecting our second,…
