• Life as a family of four

We are finally a family of four – living together under the same roof here in Romania. Daddy is now a work at home daddy. And everyone is really happy about it! Mummy is continuing to work from home. And now the girls are on their summer holidays. The house is a tiny bit crowded and we are still getting used to it but we are finally whole and it is finally wonderful. The girls broke for holiday on 15th of June and they will get back on 9th of September. Summers are really hot here and we have 40C in the afternoon sometimes so this is why kids have…

  • Throw on summer dresses for busy mums

Throw on summer dresses for busy mums

Lately I’ve got the summer vibe and have been looking into summer dresses. I want some that I can throw on when it’s a hot day as I know I’ll be running around after the children but I still want to look nice and feel a bit feminine. I’m also looking forward to my summer holiday so I’d like a few dresses that I can pack that will work for lots of different occasions. It’s so much easier with a dress as you only have to decide on the one thing to wear and not worry too much about what goes with what. Here are some of the favourite summer…

  • Garden furniture – dreaming of summer

The cold weather is still here so kids spend a lot of time indoors and that can feel quite crowded sometimes, Toys everywhere and a lot of havoc…This is why I love the warmer weather when kids can run freely through the garden and spend a lot more time outdoors.  Spring is coming though – I like to think so, at least. Dreaming of it, craving for it, I decided to start thinking about how to arrange my outdoor space to enjoy it for pleasant moments of relaxation under the blue sky. My girls loving spending time outside too. They like spending time in our garden – despite the fact…

  • Natural History Museum,Car boot sale, chicken pox and preparing for a long holiday

There are less than 2 weeks left until the 2nd of May! I’m excited and scared all at the same time. I’m excited to go home and see my family and at the prospect of designing my own kitchen. I’ve been changing the colours of it so many times! On Saturday morning me and Kara went out to meet my friend Annie and her daughter Kitty at the Natural History Museum! It was a beautiful day and Kara was so excited to spend the morning just with her mummy! You see I left my baby with daddy at home as she has chicken pox and as the place we were…

  • Summer it’s over…

I just can’t believe the summer it’s gone now. It past way too fast and we didn’t get to do any of the stuff we really wanted to to like camping for example. The weather at the beginning of the summer was not really nice and at the end my daughter started her swimming lessons on Saturday again so no more weekend away! Besides that I was not very well either as the pain in my belly didn’t really allow me to have very active weekends! Just going to work full time exhausted me enough. Started today the weather just turned! Last weekend it was very hot and today I…

  • Morrisons Savers Summer

As you know i am pregnant and not up to a lot of things this summer. Last summer we went camping quite a lot and my daughter loved it. However this summer we had to restrict our outings and find ways to save money in any way possible. In about 3 months our new baby will arrive hopefully well and healthy. It’s actually easier then i thought to have fun in London without spending lots of money. With the help of Morrisons and Sarah Willingham i learned and remembered how to cook and have fun without spending lots of money. If you have want to learn why not check out Morrisons…

Hope you all had a nice week. Mine was so and so. Today for the Satcap Day i have an older picture. It’s from last year. You already know the drill so if you have a caption for it i would love to read it: Satcap is hosted by Mammasaurus so why not go over for some more fun.
