    Hubby bought me a couple of new cook books for Mother’s Day so last weekend i decided to cook this beef stew for us. Unfortunately i didn’t have the exact ingredients but i tweaked and replaced whatever i didn’t have and it become this new yummy stew that both hubby and daughter loved.     Roast of sausages and butternut squash

    In a quest to try and eat more healthy and without too many carbohydrates i cooked this easy sausage and butternut squash roast. Ingredients: 8 low fat sausages 1 medium butternut squash deseeded,peeled and cut in wedges 2 red peppers deseeded and cut into chunks 1 white onion peeled and cut into big slices (you can use red onion instead) 2-3 tbsp of olive oil favourite herbs-i used a mixture of thyme and dill Preheat oven at 200 C.     Romanian vegetable stew with roast gammon

    This Romanian vegetable stew is usually eaten while fasting. It’s yummy and because you use eggplant you don’t really feel the need for meat.     Peasant soup – Supa taraneasca

    For this easy recipe you will need the below ingredients: 2 pound of any vegetables in season 1 oz sour cream or the yolk of an egg mixed with cream 1 or 2 diced onions 1 tbsp of vegetable oil salt and pepper Cut the vegetables small and cook in the fat for a few moments.
