    In a request to try and eat more healthy hubby and I decided to try and cook without meat as much as possible. This is why I cooked this Dahl. Ingredients: 1 cup red lentils 3 cups water 2 Tbsp oil 2 onions, chopped 2 cloves garlic 2 tsp cumin seeds 1 tsp ground tumeric 2 tsp grated root ginger 1 tsp garam masala 1 tsp salt Cooking: So start by boiling the lentils in water until tender and mushy.   • Squash soup

    The cold weather is now here…It came with rain and colds. First my daughter had a cold and then i had a cold(well i still have it a little bit) and i think next is daddy. At the same time with the cold weather comes our desire to eat hot food! What is better then a soup when outside is cold and rainy?
