    My first experience with DoTerra

Today I would like to talk to you about my first experience with DoTerra. I was very skeptical about this whole thing because I really didn’t think that some oils can help with pains and colds. I mean I am all for natural treatments but it sounded a bit too unreal to me. However, last september I met Brindusa at a course in Constanta and fell in love with the smell of the “Lemon Oil”. But that wasn’t the first time I heard about DoTerra. The first time I heard about DoTerra was when I was on Facebook chatting to a fellow friend with the same problem with me –…

The right mattress for the best nights sleep

Any mum or dad will know that a good nights sleep is priceless. That’s why buying a good mattress is one of the best things to spend money on. But it’s important you make sure you choose the one that suits you. Whether you enjoy your mattress more firm or more soft, everyone has a different preference. Most mattresses will fit into three categories – either soft, medium or firm. The firmness of each mattress is measured by the thickness of the wire used in the springs, so a thinner spring would produce a softer bed. Then there are two main types of spring mattress that you can choose from.…

  • Peppa and George

A day out at Peppa Pig World

Cartoons are a big part of children’s world – they are like movies for adults. Imagine being told you are only allowed to watch half an hour of your movie a day…that would be pretty much ridiculous don’t you think? I know people and studies say that we shouldn’t allow children under 3 to watch TV but I do let my youngest watch cartoon and I did it for my eldest too. I do however make sure that the cartoons they watch are as much as possible educational. Cartoons like Peppa Pig or Ben and Holly or Baby TV are some of the cartoons/channels my 2-year-old is allowed to watch.…

  • Playing with colours

Today while I was watching one of my favourite programs I decided that it was time to start and play around with one of the pictures that my husband took with me and Kara while he was here for Christmas. I particularly love this picture because is not one of those in which we pose and smile. I don’t particularly like the way I look and my thick eyebrows but I am hoping this will be a nice memory for my eldest. So first  I chose the effects Black & White using Picmonkey.. Secondly I scrolled down to Daguerrotype and kept the “Brady” option and play around with the Fade…

  • My 5 favourite family destinations for young children

Guest blogger: Katie is a self-confessed traveloholic. Travelling across Europe, Asia and Africa with her family has provided them with new experiences, new recipes and unforgettable memories.  http://www.delightso.me I’ve always loved travel so becoming a mum wasn’t going to curb my enthusiasm for overseas adventures. In fact, it’s probably heightened it because now I get to share my adventures with my two little ones. My eldest had her first trip on a plane when she was just three months old and my youngest managed to beat even that, boarding his first flight a month earlier. Despite the obvious difficulties of having to haul more equipment and luggage around with us,…

  • Conflicted

Life… It certainly isn’t easy. As soon as you feel like you know what you doing and you are comfortable with your decisions something happens and all is taking a new perspective. I am the kind of person who like stability and change disturbs me out of my way. It makes me feel restless and conflicted. It makes me wonder constantly if the things I am doing are the right ones for me, my family and our future.I was born and lived until I finished high school in only one city. This is why I thought that after I will get married my life will be in only one city…
