• My daughter’s sadness

This past week was full of mixed feelings. I am talking about myself mainly here…but I am also talking about my eldest that gets really sad when talking to her daddy sometimes. Well…she usually gets sad when she knows her daddy’s time to arrive is coming…You might say that she should be happy instead but I think that she’s is a bit too much like her mummy. No matter what plans we have for when daddy is here I always think about the time when he will have to go away again. What can I do to make my almost 6 years old feel better? Give her even more attention…

  • Enjoy every single moment…

In less than a week my first born ,my eldest daughter,  my little princess as me and her daddy call her is starting school..big school! Time put a stop so I can enjoy more these days before life of responsibilities starts for her. I know I’ve been  writing a lot about her and her sister these last couple of months but the reason is that I am trying to make as many memories as possible but still time seems to slip through…my fingers… If I close my eyes I can perfectly see the moments… …when I was walking with my husbands through the hallways and stairs in St. George’s Hospital…

  • Birth story – Stuntboy gets revved up…

This is Stuntboy’s birth story. He is the youngest son of Helen Neale, who blogs over at Mummys Little Stars as part of her Reward Charts business, KiddyCharts. He is now five, and though rather lovely, doesn’t half wear her out. Helen also has a personal blog at Stickers, Stars and Smiles. She can be found far too much faffing about on social media when she should be washing up, cooking, cleaning, or indeed, working; by writing and selling stuff. It all began with a smack on the arse from rather a fresh-faced young lad… Most people wouldn’t have got in a car for a 45 minute drive to see…

  • Pregnancy diary 21 weeks

Yesterday I had my second scan. The three of us-boogie,daddy and mummy-went to St. George’s Hospital together. I wanted my daughter to be with us as well. She couldn’t stop talking though…or stop moving…somehow she was trying to distract us from looking at the scan. Below you can see a picture of the scan. Not very good I should say. The lady wasn’t very good with capturing the baby…:(   Alright it is a picture of a picture…at my hospital doesn’t give you a cd with the pictures at the second scan. Ok enough with the scan! We were really excited and we really wanted to see the gender of…

  • We are going on holiday!!!

Finally! I can’t believe that the time to go on holiday has come! We are flying to Majorca very early tomorrow morning! Yey!!!! To tell you the truth I’ve been so busy at work these last two days…and in some ways I actually forgot that we are leaving. But all in all we are excited. My daughter can’t wait to go to the seaside! She can’t really understand why we have to leave in the middle of the night?!? We just told her that we re going to fly to another country…and she was even more confused as she asked “What is country mummy?” It was kind of hard to…
