  • Heinz Breakfast Range(Review)

A little while back i was writing you about the Heinz Baby Pouches – Baby A really enjoyed them and my husband even both some to have for the moments when mummy doesn’t feel like cooking or for when we are out and about. Now the time has come to tell you a bit about Heinz new Breakfast baby range – one that even if she is almost 5 years old Kara enjoys too. I guess is because her younger sister is eating them too. But what exactly does the Heinz Breakfast range includes? Breakfast cereals: smooth baby rice, creamy oat porridge, summer fruit cereals, blueberry porridge; New ready-to-eat breakfast pots:…

  • Put out my hand, and touched the face of God!

The title of this post comes from a poem by John Gillespie Magee and it pretty much sums up the thoughts I had after watching The Hidden Universe 3D at the London Science Museum Imax. From the very opening scene of the earth rising up in front of you, you are plunged head first into the mystery of the universe. From the beautiful symmetry of a twirling galaxy to the violent chaos of a nebula with burning new born stars at its heart. The images just fill your mind with wonder, and with the true insignificance of our world. Carina Nebula: Caption: The cosmic glow of the Carina Nebula, which…

  • Bath time with Matey!

Children love baths, when they’re young anyway. Teenagers can be a different matter but that’s a conversation for another time. For now lets talk about small children. Little ones love splashing around in the bath, playing with bath toys and soaking mum and dad in the process. Lets face it, if our children get us wet while bathing them it just adds to the fun for parents and child. When I bath Boogie we can end up having more water around the bath than in it and even though I will spend 30 minutes cleaning up afterward it is always worth it. One of the best things about bath times…

Christmas is only 6 weeks away.  So you have to start preparing for it don’t you think? Our stores and supermarkets are already filled with everything that is needed for Christmas – decorations for the tree and the house, house gifts made special for Christmas and so much more. Talking about Christmas and present i am starting to get really excited. I am looking forward to see the excitement on the girls little faces when they are going to receive the presents from Santa. I am also looking forward to spend time with the family – just the four of us and to see what present my hubby has for…

  • Stabilo Early Writers Pack (Review)

I started school and proper writing when i was 7 year old. Back then on Ceausescu time we were not allowed to write with anything else besides a proper pen. Not even pencils were allowed and if a mistake was made on a page you had to rip the whole page and start from the beginning. Learning to draw lines, write letters and numbers…. Needless to say i use to hate those times. My mum’s training is in drawing and writing beautifully so you can imagine the pressure on being perfect. And as i wasn’t most of the times i had my pages rip by my mum. But thanks to…
