A family visit to Bran Castle

Time has a wonderful way of showing what matters. And so these last couple of months time (life) show me that it is important to give my all to my family. Although I do need to find some balance between time given to the family and time given to myself I couldn’t agree more with the fact that time shown me that my girls and my hubby really needed me these last couple of weeks. But about that in a different post. I am now here to tell you about Bran Castle – a proof that time really show us what matters. I am sure that most of you heard…

This time around I want to tell you about a romanian photography that make me feel proud of my country – Alex Robciuc. But who is Alex Robciuc really? • Sun, sand and family fun…

I am sure you all read my post about our holiday at the romanian seaside a couple of weeks ago. We took lots and lots of pictures but we only managed to show you a couple. Today I want to share with you some more of the pictures – especially the ones that show how much fun we had with the sand. The girls love it although they enjoy playing with it in different ways. However, there was one activity they both loved – burying their father in sand and throwing water on top of his head:   And bless daddy he endured this as it was giving the girls…

  • Vintage Holiday at the Black Sea

The beach I first met (if I could say so) is on the black sea of course in my home country Romania. My home town is only at a 30 miles distance from the nearest beach. I know..not exactly there…but close enough for the people that live hundreds of miles away to be envious. In our days the beach is very modern and full of sun beds and umbrellas all lined up and waiting for people to be seated(for a daily fee) plus lots of bars and restaurants with dishes for all tastes. You already saw some of my pictures from our holiday in Eforie Nord so although I do…

Our holiday in Eforie Nord, Romania

I was telling you a couple of months ago that we will be going for 3-4 days to Brasov. Oh well we cancel it because we realise that without a car will be really difficult as Anastasia is still quite young. I felt really down about it as its been almost 10 years since I last visited any part of the mountains. Plus Brasov is one of my favourite towns. But we decided that…
