    My top 5 pregnancy apps

When I was pregnant with my boogie I was using a Blackberry. A couple of years ago however I bought my first iPhone. So when I found out I was pregnant again one of the first things I’ve done(and hubby) was to download some apps to help us keep a track of what it’s happening with the baby and mummy. With my first pregnancy i read a lot of books and I had a written diary. Plus I was checking Babycentre UK daily for updates. So as you can imagine what was the first app I downloaded on my phone isn’t it? The order the apps are enumerated is aleatoric.…

    Pregnancy diary week 32

First of all today is my husband birthday so i want to wish him “Happy Birthday”!!! I love you lots and I hope our relationship will be as strong for many years to come! Now talking about the pregnancy – today I had a 4D scan done as well. It was an amazing experience! My daughter couldn’t stop talking but as soon as the baby appeared on the screen she took my hand and kissed it. So sweet! I will definitely remember this moment forever! The reason behind the 4D scan? Well we had one done with my daughter so we thought it wouldn’t be unfair if we didn’t have…

    Pregnancy diary week 29

Another week passed by…not uneventful either… I didn’t have any doctor appointments but I had more days when I felt horrible this week rather then happy and content. I found myself crying even more. I even cried because somebody pushed me when I was traveling with the tube. Turns out that life as a pregnant woman in London is not easy at all. Bet this is not a surprise to you ladies though. This week I sat down with the human resources and had my risk assessment and decided when my last day at work will be. My last day at work is the 19th of October and my actual…

Pregnancy diary 26 weeks and giveaway

I’m not sure that this diary, my pregnancy diary is like all the other pregnancy diaries around the blogosphere. I seem to complain lot and write about bad things…:( I am going try and concentrate on the goods things as much as I can tough. This is how my baby – for which we don’t know the gender just yet – is suppose to look like this week. Today I’m 26 weeks pregnant exactly: Apparently the baby is now almost 35.6 cm long from crown to heel, and weighs about 760 grams. Isn’t this amazing? Looking at mydaughter I remember that when she was born she was about 53 cm…

    A bit of sunshine

I just left the hospital and I’m now on the tube. Going to work and my feelings are so very mixed.  Yesterday was a low day for me. This morning wasn’t a lot better but it improved a little bit. At 9.30 this morning I had an appointment with my midwife on mental issues. With a previous history of postnatal depression and with me still having days when I feel low…having this appointment was the best thing that could happen to me! The midwife was great! Not even 2 minutes in the appointment I start sniffling and crying…talking about my depression always brings me to tears. I’ve been of my…

    Pregnancy diary 21 weeks

Yesterday I had my second scan. The three of us-boogie,daddy and mummy-went to St. George’s Hospital together. I wanted my daughter to be with us as well. She couldn’t stop talking though…or stop moving…somehow she was trying to distract us from looking at the scan. Below you can see a picture of the scan. Not very good I should say. The lady wasn’t very good with capturing the baby…:(   Alright it is a picture of a picture…at my hospital doesn’t give you a cd with the pictures at the second scan. Ok enough with the scan! We were really excited and we really wanted to see the gender of…

    Pregnancy diary week 18

So this is my second pregnancy! And it feels a lot different this time around I have to say. I remember that when I was pregnant with my daughter I use to check Babycentre website every single day. Sometimes more than once a day as I would spend a lot of time chatting on the forum with other expectant mothers. With some of them I am still friend with on Facebook. This time around not so much. I rarely check my Babycentre app to see what’s happening with the baby. I guess I am bit more busy this time. Instead of chatting on the forums I blog and chat on…
